Omne, derived from the Latin word "Omnis," meaning "everything" or "all-encompassing," embodies our vision. Our mission began with a desire to bring together the best modern ergonomic features discovered over the years, enhancing them with our own innovations to craft some of the most comfortable and forward-thinking instruments available today. From headless construction to multi-scale design, each element is meticulously refined to provide a unique playing experience that elevates your musical journey to new heights.
All of our instruments utilize our unique hybrid manufacturing process. Each guitar starts its life in our small partner factory in Asia. It is then shipped to our US shop, where final fretwork, assembly, and QC is completed. This results in an affordable instrument, that punches well above it's price point in both quality and features.

Our guitars are released in batches, or collections. This allows us the freedom to play around with different color combos and specs frequently. We will bring back popular finishes from time to time. Feel free to let us know if you wanted something that's gone. We take that into consideration when deciding on future batches.
Our guitars utilize a hybrid manufacturing process. Initial building such as woodwork, and paint, and initial fretwork are completed in our partner factory, which is a very experienced shop in Indonesia. They are then sent to our shop here in southern California, where final fretwork, assembly, and QC are completed before the instrument ships to you.
We offer a 48 hour return window from time of reciept. Please contact us via message to arrange return. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges. All returns must be in new condition and include all original packaging. Returns showing signs of use (scratches, dents, etc) are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Excessively damaged goods may be refused at our discretion, and customer is liable for shipping charges to return the instrument back. Refunds will be processed 5-7 business days from receipt of return.
Our instruments have a 1 year limited warranty, covering the original buyer from manufacturing defects, including electronics and hardware. Please reach out to us for warranty requests so this can be coordinated. Warranty claims will either be repaired/replaced at our discretion. Customer is responsible for shipping to Omne Guitars. After repair or replacement is confirmed, we will return the instrument to you. Guitars are not covered under the following circumstances.

All our guitars are given a full inspection just before shipment to ensure the best possible user experience out of the box. Depending on our workload, please allow 2-5 business days for your order to ship. The wait is worth it!
We are currently working on expanding our shipping locations. If you do not see your country listed in checkout, please reach out and we will look into adding your country to our shippable list. All customers outside of the United States who order directly from our website are responsible for any VAT/tax/duties/import fees associated with their respective country's customs office.
